A Life Catchers musical photo video tribute is a lovely way to cheer, toast and celebrate that special person, friend or much loved and missed family member.
This is your chance to ensure your loved one is remembered in a very special way. It's also a lovely way to thank people for being a part of your loved ones' life.
LifeCatchers can create many copies of a tribute on either cd or vhs, so you can distribute this special memorial either at the funeral, the wake, as a eulogy, months later, or even as a special reminder on the first through to tenth or twentieth anniversary of the person's passing.
These tributes are made up of your favourite photos, and set to music of your choice (either from your own collection or our Music Library.
Five minutes to twenty minutes in length, they provide a wonderful snapshot into the person's life and times. The tribute is sure to bring a tear and a smile to all who receive a copy.
If you:
- would like your loved one remembered in a vivid, unique way
- would like to ensure your loved one's life is celebrated visually/musically
- would like to thank people for being a part of your loved one's life
- are passionate about your loved one's memory not fading
- would just like to do something a little different to honour your loved one
- are pre-planning your own funeral and would like to be remembered in a certain way
We will use your photo, slide and music choices to create an elegant, impactful memorial that will make people laugh and cry, but most of all it will help them to continue to remember.
Tributes can be as simple and beautiful as a photo collage made up of your favourite pics set to special music, or they can be more complex and include edited clips from old videos and even specially hosted interviews. They can be recorded onto Cd-rom, VHS or DVD and can be shared with people who shared your loved one's life.
We can also “loop” your feature, looping means we record the piece over and over so it can play continually in the background, for example, at a wake. Tributes can be especially important at wakes in bringing people together who have known the loved one at various stages of life.
For many who didn't know this service existed in time for the funeral, a gift of a Life Catchers tribute can be made at any time after a funeral, from weeks, to the first anniversary, to years later. It's up to you.
In addition to funeral-goers. the memorial can also be sent to friends and family who were unable to attend the funeral (for whatever reason including they were interstate, overseas or ill).
It's a keepsake, an uplifting tribute that a family might like to distribute to friends, relatives and colleagues of the deceased, either on the day of the funeral or at a later date - even ten years later. It's a great way to ensure as many people as possible have a lovely, permanent reminder of their friend/family member.
In a way, it's a bit like a wedding bomboniere, a symbolic act of gratitude for their best wishes and the part they have played in the person's life.
We can professionally copy the tribute onto as many CDs and/or VHS tapes as you request, so you can share them.as you will. The standard length of the tributes available are approximately 5 minutes (50 photos/2 music tracks), 10 minutes (100 photos/4 music tracks) or 20 minutes (200 photos/8 music tracks).
We understand that when you contact us you will most likely be at one of the many different stages of the grieving process, so no matter what stage of grieving you are at, when you contact us, we will do all we can to make the process as gentle and as sensitive for you as possible.
